SHIPPING:

We offer free shipping Australia wide and package our products very carefully. Any damage that occurs during postage is not the responsibility of CBGC, We offer transit insurance as an option before checkout.

If the PC is lost or damaged in transport, you have
14 days to make an insurance claim with the respective courier company.

Important: keep the packaging and for 14 days as proof of adequate packaging, as some claims may be denied if this evidence is not presented. Take any photos/videos of damage or abnormal functioning of the PC as proof. If it is very obvious that the product has been broken in transit do not open the box as this may make it easier to prove your claim.

We will work alongside you to help you with the claim if you are unsure of the process. CBGC Melbourne does not pay out your Insurance claim. We rely on the courier companies that provide this service to provide a remedy. All though parcel insurance provides more peace of mind during transit, the claim decision is still up to the postal company to approve/accept.

If shipping the product back to us for any reason, all freight costs will be at the expense of the customer and must be insured by Australia Post/Courier company, or accept the potential risk of loss or damage during shipment. Customers are responsible for proper packaging of returns. Warranty may be void on items that are insufficiently or incorrectly packaged.

We will cover return shipping if your product is defective on arrival and no alterations have been made by a 3rd party.

We are not responsible if you provide us with an incorrect address. We will always check to make sure the address is valid and recognised in the system before shipping it out to you. If we suspect there is an issue with the delivery address we will contact you first.
